Once you have a user name and password, you will find using the data entry system to be straightforward and easy.

Before you enter any data you should go to the Cutting EdJ Homepage at http://www.cuttingedj.net and go to 'Online Resources'. In the Online Resources is a document titled 'Directions for Reviewing IEPs, Entering Demographic Information and Completing the Indicator 13 Checklist'. You will need to read and become familiar with this document. This document will provide a detailed description of how to enter the demographic information, how to enter the data and how to determine if any of the findings in the IEP meet Indicator 13 criteria for each question. You will find information on each specific requirement/question as well as where the information may be located in the IEP form or file. Also, some question items include examples and non-examples to help reviewers understand the criteria for answering the question.
